1. Who we are and what this covers

Reppr is a fitness and nutrition coaching application (web app at getreppr.com and native iOS/Android apps). This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

This Policy applies to the Reppr app and website. It does not apply to third-party services you connect to (e.g., Apple Health, your payment card issuer), which have their own privacy policies.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service. Specifically:

What we do NOT collect. We do not collect progress photos or any images of you. We do not use coaches, so no third party views your data as a coach. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your health data for advertising.

3. Age requirement (13+)

Reppr is not intended for children under 13. During sign-up we ask your age and block account creation if you are under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent/guardian should review this Policy with you.

4. Why we use your data (purposes & legal bases)

We use your data to: create and secure your account; generate and personalize your training and nutrition guidance; operate features you use (logging, streaks, the in-app token system); process your subscription; provide support; and comply with law.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the app you signed up for); your consent (for sensitive health data such as cycle data, and for Apple Health access — withdrawable anytime); legitimate interests (securing and improving the service); and legal obligation (record-keeping, responding to rights requests). We process special-category / sensitive health data only with your explicit consent.

5. How we share data (processors)

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers (“processors”) that help us run Reppr, under contracts that limit them to our instructions:

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transfer (merger/acquisition), with notice where required.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required (e.g., EU/UK/Swiss data), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Apple Health / HealthKit (iOS)

If you enable Apple Health in the iOS app, iOS will ask your permission for each data type. We use HealthKit data only to provide health/fitness features to you inside the app (e.g., showing calories burned and activity). Consistent with Apple’s rules, we never use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, never sell it or share it with data brokers, and never store it in iCloud. You can revoke Health access anytime in iOS Settings; revoking stops future reads.

8. Sensitive health data & cycle-tracking consent

Menstrual-cycle and related reproductive-health data is treated as sensitive. We collect it only if you opt in and provide separate explicit consent through an in-app consent screen that explains what we collect, why, and how it is used. You may withdraw consent, disable tracking, and delete this data at any time from Settings. Reppr does not provide features intended for training during pregnancy.

If you are a Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut resident (or otherwise covered by a consumer-health-data law), additional disclosures and consents apply — see Section 12.

9. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account (Section 10), we delete or de-identify your personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, which we then delete on a defined schedule.

10. Your account deletion & data rights

In-app deletion. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, health inputs, cycle data, logs, and programs, and closes your account. (Some records may be retained briefly as described in Section 9.)

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict your data, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing. To exercise these, use in-app tools or contact support@getreppr.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. You may have a right to appeal a denied request and to complain to your data protection authority.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level access controls so each user’s data is isolated to their account, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure; we work to protect your data and will notify you and regulators of breaches as required by law.

12. Region-specific disclosures

EEA/UK (GDPR): legal bases are in Section 4; rights are in Section 10; you may contact us and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA): we describe the categories collected above; we do not sell or “share” personal information; you may request access/deletion/correction and limit use of sensitive personal information.

Washington “My Health My Data” Act (and NV/CT): consumer health data (including cycle data) is collected only with your consent; see Section 8 for details, including how to withdraw consent and request deletion.

13. Changes to this Policy

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
