Your signup code

Pro seats used

On Pro, a client redeeming your code joins free and takes a seat. When the pool is full the next signup is refused rather than silently billed. On Basic, your code links them to you and applies the client discount for your plan.

Paste a program — phases with weeks and notes, training days, exercises with sets, reps, rest and your coaching notes. It is validated, saved as their active program, and it is there when they next open the app.

Clients get a “Message your coach” card on their home screen — unread badges, read receipts, live refresh. You see every thread in one inbox and reply inline. The card only appears for clients who actually have a coach.

Intake → brief

One button turns a client’s intake into a full program brief, opening with a red-flag block: active injuries, medical conditions, past surgeries, medications. It refuses to hand back calorie targets for anyone who reported disordered eating.

Add them yourself

Add a client by name and email and Reppr creates the account, links them to you, applies billing flags including comp and beta accounts, and emails them a set-your-password link.

Spot the missed sessions

The roster shows total logged sessions and how long since the last one. Nine days quiet shows up as nine days quiet, before the renewal conversation, not after.

Recovery · From the app

See where you need a little more rest.

Your training affects more than the next set. Reppr estimates recovery for each muscle group from the workouts and effort you log.

Choose an example to see how the map changes. The front and back views use the original anatomy artwork from Reppr.

These are example states. Recovery percentages describe an estimated window, not a measurement of your strength.

Running

Make room for lifting and running.

Six questions and Reppr writes a whole periodised running block — every session of every week, the volume ramp and the back-off weeks already in it. Then it schedules those runs around the lifting, not on top of it.

Your pace, your curve

Log hard efforts at two different distances and Reppr fits a Riegel fatigue curve to your results by weighted least squares — your own fatigue exponent, not the population’s 1.06 — then derives your zones from the modelled threshold.

Back-off weeks are scheduled

Volume climbs about 6% a week, capped at 1.6× where you started, with a consolidation week every fourth — every third if you have only just started running — and a taper before race week.

Runs cost you sets

Intervals drain quads, calves, hamstrings and glutes through the same per-muscle budget as squats, plus a separate systemic gauge. A hard run shows up on the body map and can pull sets off leg day.

Nutrition

Your macros and training, together.

The same app, the same profile, one streak. Finish a session and its measured burn and water write straight into that day’s log.

Learn from your weigh-ins

A least-squares trend across every weigh-in — silent until three readings across ten days, long enough to outlive water weight. Then it compares your actual rate against the rate your target was meant to produce, names the gap, and offers the corrected number in one tap.

Train-day and rest-day carbs

Carbs go high on training days and low on rest days with protein and fat held constant — and the weekly total stays exactly the same. Rest-day carbs floor at 0.8 g/kg so training does not suffer.

See when a refeed is suggested

If logged session RPE has climbed about a point while in a deficit for three weeks or more, the nutrition tab raises a refeed — quoting the actual RPE rise, the size of the deficit and how many days you have been in it. Only possible because both logs live in one app.

Earned, never bought.

Tokens come from logged behaviour and nothing else — there is no way to buy your way to a drop. Tap the pack.

WEEKLY DROPTap to open

Avatars, frames, card skins, badges, backgrounds and app icons. Duplicates convert to coins, everything is tradable, and three picks go on your locker for anyone who looks you up.

Consistency earns your rank

Unranked through Unbroken, earned by hitting your own program’s weekly session target across the last eight weeks. Computed from when sessions actually arrived — the weights and reps you type are worth zero standing.

A smaller circle

Every tier holds unlimited people and carries no ordering. Boards exist only inside a partnership or a group you joined, and only over metrics both sides granted.

Nothing shared by default

Per partner and per group you pick which of eight metrics they may see. Every toggle starts off, and a metric granted to nobody is never uploaded at all.

Find a coach

Find your kind of coach.

New here and want someone in your corner? Tell us what you train for and we put you in front of coaches who work that way — and they see exactly what you agreed to share, and nothing else.
